It's easy to do business with SportsTurf Irrigation. Should you have
sprinklers or clocks that need repair, call your local territory manager: they will make all the arrangements.
No territory manager in your state? Call the office (800) 492-8378 and arrange for a
pickup. We will fax you a UPS label to affix to your box of broken
sprinklers and parts. Take the box wherever UPS picks up at your site
(pro-shop, maintenance yard etc) and the box will be delivered here for
repair. Follow the same procedure for broken controllers or clock parts that need to be repaired. Your sprinklers will be cleaned, evaluated and rebuilt to the manufacturers specifications. If brass impacts are sent in, they will be sand/bead blasted, evaluated and rebuilt to the the manufacturers specification. Each sprinkler is tested in a "test tank" and must spray and rotate per the manufacturers specification before being returned. All repair comes with a warranty. |
